Redskins, Ravens fight for D.C.: Video Q&A recap

If you live in Maryland towns midway between Baltimore and D.C. such as Laurel, local television treats you as a Redskins fan — despite the fact that you might live less than 20 miles away from M&T Bank Stadium and own a Ray Rice replica jersey.

Dan’s story on the Ravens’ efforts to get more airtime in the District’s Maryland suburbs looks at this today, and he discussed it in depth with viewers in this afternoon’s video Q&A. The whole chat is below, and also includes discussion of the injuries to LaRon Landry and Brandon banks, Matt Bradley’s comments about some Capitals’ lack of discipline and Georgetown’s brawl in China.

Highlights:

- How many Ravens games will be broadcast to D.C. viewers?

- Is Redskins-Ravens like Nationals-Orioles?

- Which Redskins running back will start: Torain or Hightower?

- How much blame should Alex Ovechkin get for what Matt Bradley calls the team’s lack of discipline?
