Someone put a Michael Morse card on Abner Doubleday’s grave

I’ve received a steadily increasing number of displays of Natitude in my inbox, from Curly W tattoos to people bringing their Curly Ws overseas to Nats-themed license plates.

This, though, is one of my favorites to-date. It was spotted by MASN color guy F.P. Santangelo, who recently took a trip to Abner Doubleday’s gravestone at Arlington National Cemetery.

While there, Santangelo discovered two mementos: a Minnesota Twins pocket schedule, and a Michael Morse trading card.

Not sure if they had Beast Mode in the 19th century, but I’m guessing they would have loved it.
