The Jan Vesely kiss

A lot of D.C. folks were pretty skeptical of the Wizards drafting Jan Vesely No. 6 overall. At least a few of them changed their mind when the young Czech responded to his selection with the above kiss.

“I don’t care if he never scores a point in DC. Jan Vesely making out with his lady after being picked means I’m a fan for life,” CSN’s Michael Jenkins wrote.

“This guy and Ovechkin are gonna wreck Adams Morgan,” Scott Van Pelt wrote.

“That kiss was highly encouraging. I am now a believer. #alldunksandkisses,” Jack Kogod wrote.

“Oh my. I’m more than a little skeptical of Vesely’s game, but if he attracts lady-talent like his draft-kiss-partner to DC...WELCOME JAN!!” @HouseFromDC wrote.
