Video: Bryce Harper scores from first in the top of the ninth

By now, you know what happened on Sunday: Bryce Harper got the day off, was not super happy, entered in the top of the ninth, walked, and scored from first on a Roger Bernadina liner into right field.

Fans and media members from D.C. were kind of taken by the moment.

“Bryce Harper is the most watchable baseball player I can remember,” Matt Terl wrote.

“I love Bryce Harper more than any other athlete right now,” Luke Russert wrote.

“Running with the pitch, Harper sprints home from first base on Roger Bernadina’s double to right. Just electric,” Kilgore wrote.

That is what I’m talking about,” F.P. Santangelo said on the MASN broadcast. “Give Bo Porter some credit at third base for waving him all the way. But you know what? I don’t think he could have stopped him even if he put up a stop sign right there. He was scoring.”

“Bryce Harper just scored from first on what would have amounted to a single. Bad back my ass,” Holden Kushner wrote.

“The kid is too good. My. God,” @Sultan_Of_Stat wrote.

The video is above. Try to contain yourself.
