Video of Strasburg’s rehab start in Hagerstown

Bryce Harper might have the potential to be the bigger star in D.C., with his personality and his swagger and his every-day-player status.

But I don’t get the little jolt of excitement from watching Harper swing a bat that I do when I see Strasburg make professional hitters flail at the plate. Even if those hitters look to be about 15 years old. And even if one of them hit a home run.

Like Sheinin reported, Strasburg’s debut in Hagerstown attracted more than double the number of media members as Harper's earlier this year. And I haven’t heard anyone talk about Harpmas yet.

Anyhow, some video, via Nats Enquirer and CSN Washington.
