What You Need to Know, Wednesday Evening Edition

Added: Salon's King Kaufman has the Skins second in the NFC East, saying they're "one injury away from disaster at almost every position." And a Detroit Lions assistant was reportedly arrested for nude drinking and driving.

Portis questionable, Springs doubtful. There is nothing better than having a fantasy RB who's questionable. Skins again lead the league (this time in ticket price increase rate), Bill Simmons gives the thumbs-down to both the 'Skins and their division, a Yahoo! scribe labels Washington the most overrated team in the NFL, the Skins are virtually ignored in this Fox Sports preview and Pete Prisco has the Skins by three (not covering). ESPN also does a story on the lowest rated player in Madden (Ethan Albright), an item that LaCa blog already rocked long ago.

GW's Danilo Pinnock signs with the Lakers, continuing George Washington's fabulous day, not including the Giant Head race. The Nats win (a longer version than my game story, which is posted below). NationalsBaseballFan blogger is happy and posts a photo of Screech (whose hand I shook today), while BaseballMusings calls 'em the Last-at-bat-Nats. Finally, Soriano and Ryan "Ronnie Brown" Zimmerman both make this list of 25 breakout NL players.
