The Redskins conducted focus groups earlier in the offseason and made it clear that there would be more interaction with fans as the offseason went on.
At least one part of that effort is apparently an online survey, which three of my readers received this week and passed along to me. I also filled out the survey. I’ll highlight a few of the questions in a few different posts.
Also, one reader wanted me to highlight this question. He pointed out that he pays for 10 home games annually, meaning 20 over the last two seasons, and wonders why the team didn’t ask about his attendance at the preseason games he had to buy with his season ticket package.
