District’s menorah-lighting ceremony marks fourth night of Hanukkah

A menorah lighting will be held at D.C.’s government building Tuesday afternoon to mark the fourth night of Hanukkah.

The ceremony will include traditional readings and activities associated with the Jewish holiday, according to organizers. Mayor Vincent Gray is expected to help light the menorah.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held at the John A. Wilson Building, 1350 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, at 4 p.m
