But on Monday, Fenty will go before the council to answer questions about his fiscal 2011 budget proposal.
Gray already has some issues, mainly that Fenty has not submitted a proposed Budget Support Act. For laymen, that's the document that backs up the budget. It's also the document where earmarks and other expenditures can be seen clearly.
The chairman sent the mayor this letter (Gray letter.pdf) Thursday.
