TheWashingtonPostBeach Drive NW in the District was closed Wednesday morning between Broad Branch and Joyce roads due to flooding from Tuesday night’s heavy rain, according to U.S. Park Police officials.
The Park Police said it was not clear when the road, a major commuter artery, would reopen.
