Brunswick Line’s Dickerson station reopens

6:35 A.M. Update:

The Brunswick Line’s Dickerson station has reopened for passengers.

Original Post:

A disabled freight train is blocking the platform of the Dickerston Station, causing issues for riders on MARC’s Brunswick Line. As a result, the Maryland Transit Administration asked CSX to have trains 890 and 876 make special stops at Barnesville for passengers unable to use Dickerson.

Passengers are advised to use the Barnesville or Germantown stations until the freight train is moved.
