I-95 North snarled from Dale City to Beltway

8:50 A.M. Update:

I-95 South is also slow approaching Dale City due to an earlier accident.

The accident on the inner loop of the Beltway at the Central Avenue exit is still blocking the right on-ramp.

Debris on eastbound U.S. 50 at Landover Road/MD 202 could cause delays there.
