Original Post:

Good morning, commuters! We’ll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and we will need your help. If you hear about any congestion, delays, problems or anything at all, tell us in the comments section below or by tweeting @drgridlock.

We’re in for a chilly, windy day, according to the Capital Weather Gang. It’s not going to be very spring-like out there, so get ready for some strong wind gusts today.

So far:

— A disabled vehicle on I-95 North before Woodbridge is blocking the right shoulder.

— MARC riders: All Brunswick Line trains will board on the opposite track at the Brunswick station.

— MARC Brunswick Line train 876 is going to have one fewer cars than usual, which means there could be overcrowding on the remaining cars.
