Original Post:

Good morning, commuters! It’s going to be another cold one today, but at least it won’t be as windy as Wednesday, according to the Capital Weather Gang.

We’ll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and we will need your help. If you hear about any congestion, delays, problems or anything at all, tell us in the comments section below or by tweeting @drgridlock.

So far:

— An accident on eastbound I-66 at Sully Road in Centreville is blocking the right two lanes and right shoulder. There are already heavy delays.

— An accident and water main break at New York and Montana avenues in Northeast Washington blocked inbound traffic on New York Avenue for a spell earlier this morning. Traffic is now open and moving, but watch out for any lingering issues around that intersection. D.C. Water crews continue to repair the broken 12-inch water main.
