Original Post:

Good morning, commuters. We’ll be keeping tabs on any headaches, issues or problems we hear about on the roads this morning. Make sure to tell us about anything you see out there — either in the comments below or via Twitter (@DrGridlock).

Northbound I-95 is closed this morning due to a tractor trailer fire north of Lorton. One HOV lane is getting by, but all other lanes are blocked. There’s a detour in place at exit 161, leading to Route 1, which is your best bet if you normally take I-95 North.

An accident on eastbound I-66 at Lee Highway in Centreville is blocking the left lane, left center lane and left shoulder.

Police activity is blocking eastbound Central Avenue/MD 214 at Hill Road. If you normally take Central Avenue to the Beltway, seek alternate routes.
