Don’t forget, if you live or work in Alexandria: The funeral for paramedic Joshua Weissman is taking place today. This is going to have a major impact on traffic all around Alexandria, with street closures, buses being rerouted and schools dismissing students early. Thousands are expected in the city, so you should expect a lot of congestion and delays throughout the city. We have all the details here.

Original Post:

Good morning, commuters! We’ll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and we will need your help. If you hear about any congestion, delays, problems or anything at all, tell us in the comments section below or by tweeting @drgridlock.

Some sprinkles and light showers are possible this morning, though more rain is likely later in the day, according to the Capital Weather Gang.

The main issues for this morning:

— The funeral for paramedic Joshua Weissman is taking place today in Alexandria. This is going to have a major impact on traffic all around Alexandria, with street closures, buses being rerouted and schools dismissing students early. Thousands are expected in the city, so you should expect a lot of congestion and delays throughout the city. We have all the details here.

— A water main break has closed Channing Street between First and North Capitol streets in Northwest Washington. Avoid that area.
