Metro option open for some MARC riders Wed. night

Metro will honor tickets for MARC’s Brunswick Line Wednesday night, following widespread delays for commuter trains.

The Maryland Transit Administration said the delays have been caused by a computer problem at CSX, the company the state pays to operate the Brunswick Line. The issue has prevented train crews from receiving their orders, the MTA said.

CSX operates the Camden Line, which runs between Washington and Baltimore, and the Brunswick Line, which provides service between Washington and points north and west, including Frederick and Martinsburg, W.Va.
