Original Post:

Good morning, commuters! We’ll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and we will need your help: If you hear about any congestion, delays, problems or anything at all, tell us in the comments section below or by tweeting @drgridlock.

Drivers could encounter fog this morning, particularly east of I-95, according to the Capital Weather Gang.

Tolling is now in effect on the Intercounty Connector in Maryland. The period where you could test drive road between I-370 and I-95 for free ended at midnight on Sunday. As of Monday, driving from one end of the connector to the other will cost $4 at peak periods (6 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 7 p.m. weekdays), $3.20 off-peak and $1.60 overnight (11 p.m. to 5 a.m.).

So far this morning:
