Delays remain on northbound 11th Street Bridge

8:40 A.M. Update:

Delays remain on the northbound 11th Street Bridge and for commuters heading that way via DC-295 North. You should also expect delays heading to DC-295 North from the Beltway.

An accident involving a tractor trailer on I-395 North at Washington Boulevard is blocking the right shoulder.

8:35 A.M. Update:

An accident involving a motorcycle at Connecticut Avenue and Albemarle Street NW isn't blocking any lanes and didn’t cause any injuries, according to D.C. police.

8:15 A.M. Update:

The accident on the 11th Street Bridge close to M Street SE has been cleared and all lanes reopened, but very heavy delays remain on northbound DC-295 heading that way.

We’re also hearing reports of very, very heavy delays trying to get from the Beltway to DC-295. Try to avoid heading that way if you can help it.

7:50 A.M. Update:

An accident on the 11th Street Bridge close to M Street SE is blocking the left lane and causing major delays.

A disabled vehicle on the outer loop of the Beltway at Braddock Road is blocking the right shoulder.

7:05 A.M. Update:

A disabled vehicle on I-270 North at W. Montgomery Avenue/MD 28 was blocking the right lane and right shoulder, but they have just reopened.

MARC Camden Line train 842 is running 10 to 12 minutes late.

6:45 A.M. Update:

The left and right H.O.V. shoulders are closed on I-95 North in Lorton right now.

6:30 A.M. Update:

I-95 North is pretty congested between Lorton and the Springfield Interchange.

MARC Camden Line train 843 is running 10 to 12 minutes late.

MARC Brunswick Line train 890 is running 7 minutes behind schedule.

Good morning, commuters! We’ll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and we will need your help. If you hear about any congestion, delays, problems or anything at all, tell us in the comments section below or by tweeting @drgridlock.

We’re in for another breezy, chilly April day, according to the Capital Weather Gang. Highs will top out in the upper 50s to lower 60s. (If you’re heading to see, say, a baseball game this afternoon, it will be brisk but otherwise fine weather for a day at Nationals Park.)

So far:

— MARC riders: All Brunswick Line trains will board on the opposite track at the Brunswick station once again.
