TheWashingtonPost8:50 A.M. Update:
I-66 East is still fairly slow at the Beltway, but congestion doesn’t appear to be much worse than at this point on any other morning. The delays stretch back to about Chain Bridge Road.
The earlier accident on northbound U.S. 29 near Nutley Street has been cleared.
