Prepare for potential MARC crowding

8:30 A.M. Update:

An accident on I-66 East before Centreville is blocking the right shoulder and causing some delays.

8:20 A.M. Update:

There was an accident involving a D.C. school bus in the 700 block of 4th Street NE, but no students were on board and there were no injuries, according to police.

8:05 A.M. Update:

MARC Penn Line train 421 is going to have one fewer cars than usual this morning, so expect overcrowding on the remaining cars.

An accident on southbound U.S. 1 near North Kings Highway is blocking the right shoulder, which could cause some delays there.

7:50 A.M. Update:

The accident on the outer loop of the Beltway near I-270 has been cleared.

7:35 A.M. Update:

An accident on the outer loop of the Beltway near I-270 is blocking one of the shoulders.

7:20 A.M. Update:

The inner loop of the Beltway is very backed up around Gallows Road.

The disabled vehicle on the outer loop of the Beltway at the Little River Turnpike has been cleared.

7 A.M. Update:

A disabled vehicle on the outer loop of the Beltway at the Little River Turnpike is blocking the right shoulder.

6:40 A.M. Update:

The accident on I-395 North at Edsall Road is now just blocking the right shoulder.

MARC Penn Line train 409 is going to have one fewer car than it usually has, so watch for over-crowding on the remaining cars.

6:25 A.M. Update:

An accident on I-395 North at Edsall Road is blocking the center lane and the right shoulder.

An accident on the outer loop of the Beltway at the Dulles Toll Road is blocking the left shoulder.

6:05 A.M. Update:

The accident on I-270 North has been cleared.

It should be sunny and slightly less humid today, but there could be showers or thundershowers, according to the Capital Weather Gang.

So far:

— An accident on I-270 North before Middlebrook Road is blocking one of the shoulders.

— A disabled vehicle on the I-395 North reversible lanes is blocking the right shoulder after King Street.
