295 reopens near Malcolm X Avenue

Northbound DC-295 has reopened near the Malcom X Avenue exit.

A disabled vehicle on the inner loop of the Beltway at Chain Bridge Road is blocking the right shoulder.

The disabled vehicle on the outer loop of the Beltway at Braddock Road is still blocking the right shoulder.

8: 30 A.M. Update:

Northbound DC-295 is closed near the Malcolm X Avenue exit right now, according to D.C. police.

8:20 A.M. Update:

The accident on southbound I-270 at the exit for W. Montgomery Avenue has been cleared from the shoulder.

8:05 A.M. Update:

An accident on southbound I-270 at the exit for W. Montgomery Avenue could cause delays there.

7:55 A.M. Update:

The disabled vehicle on I-95 North before the Fairfax County Parkway has been cleared from the shoulder.

7:35 A.M. Update:

The disabled vehicle on I-95 North before the Fairfax County Parkway is now blocking the left shoulder. The left center lane has reopened.

A disabled vehicle on the outer loop of the Beltway at Braddock Road is blocking the right shoulder.

7:15 A.M. Update:

A disabled vehicle on I-95 North before the Fairfax County Parkway is blocking the left center lane.

7 A.M. Update:

A disabled vehicle on I-66 West after George Mason Drive is blocking the right shoulder.

6:45 A.M. Update:

Metro reports that escalator service has been restored at the Foggy Bottom station.

Traffic on eastbound I-66 is slowing down before George Mason Drive.

The inner loop of the Beltway is congested around Arlington Boulevard.

6:25 A.M. Update:

I-95 North is pretty backed up before the Springfield Interchange.

The weather today should be nice and easy on your commute: It will be sunny, breezy and a little warmer than yesterday, according to the Capital Weather Gang.

So far:

— All entrance escalators are out of service at the Foggy Botom station. Buses have been requested and the station is still open.

— MARC Camden Line train 841 is running 10 minutes late.

— MARC Brunswick Line train 870 is running 12 to 15 minutes behind schedule.
