Delays on inner loop in VA

8:45 A.M. Update:

An accident on I-95 North at the Springfield Interchange is blocking the right shoulder.

The disabled vehicle on eastbound I-66 at Nutley Street has been cleared.

The accident on the inner loop at I-66 has been cleared from the shoulder, but delays remain approaching this area.

An accident in the 3100 block of Macomb Street NW could cause issues there.

8:30 A.M. Update:

The accident on westbound New York Avenue at 4th Street in Northeast Washington has been cleared from that spot. The vehicles were moved to New York Avenue and 5th Street NW.

A disabled vehicle on eastbound I-66 is blocking the left center lane at Nutley Street.

An accident on Wisconsin and Western avenues in Northwest Washington coud cause issues there.

Watch out for delays stemming from accidents at Benning Road and E Street SE and at 18th and East Capitol streets NE.

8:15 A.M. Update:

An accident on the inner loop at I-66 is blocking the right shoulder. It’s already backed up approaching this spot, but this won’t help.

8 A.M. Update:

An accident involving a school bus on westbound New York Avenue is blocking one lane at 4th Street in Northeast Washington.

There’s also an accident reported at Georgia Avenue and Bryant Street in Northwest Washington.

An accident on I-95 North at the Springfield Interchange is on the shoulder, but it could cause delays.

An incident on I-270 South at West Montgomery Avenue is blocking two lanes and one of the shoulders.

The lanes have reopened on the inner loop south of Allentown Road. The accident on the outer loop at New Hampshire Avenue has also been cleared

7:35 A.M. Update:

An accident on I-270 South after Montrose Road is blocking the shoulder.

A vehicle fire on the inner loop south of the Allentown Road exit is blocking one lane and two shoulders.

An accident on the outer loop of the Beltway before New Hampshire Avenue could cause delays there.

In Virginia, the inner loop is now delayed approaching I-66.

7:10 A.M. Update:

A disabled vehicle on eastbound I-66 is blocking the right shoulder at the Beltway.

6:50 A.M. Update:

An accident on eastbound I-66 before Centreville is blocking the left shoulder and causing delays.

The inner loop of the Beltway is snarled around Gallows Road.

I-395 North is jammed up at King Street.

6:30 A.M. Update:

A disabled vehicle on the outer loop of the Beltway at Van Dorn Street is blocking the left shoulder.

6:10 A.M. Update:

The accident on Old Georgetown Road/MD 187 has been cleared and the ramp to the outer loop of the Beltway has reopened.

Good morning, commuters! The wintry weather that arrived on Saturday is gone, and the rest of this week looks sunny and decent, according to the Capital Weather Gang. It will be cold out there today, but that’s about it.

So far:

— An accident on Old Georgetown Road/MD 187 is blocking both lanes on the ramp to the outer loop of the Beltway.

— An accident on I-95 South in Woodbridge is blocking the left shoulder.
