Outer loop exit ramp partially blocked near National Harbor

8:35 A.M. Update:

Traffic can now get by on the right lane of the outer loop exit ramp to I-295 North near National Harbor. The left lane of the ramp remains blocked, and that’s going to remain until after the morning rush, according to the District Department of Transportation.

A disabled vehicle on the southbound Baltimore-Washington Parkway at Laurel Bowie Road is still blocking the right acceleration lane.

8:15 A.M. Update:

One teenager is being evaluated for minor injuries after the accident involving a Metrobus at Minnesota Avenue and Clay Street in Northeast Washington, according to the D.C. Fire Department.

The accident on I-95 North before the Springfield Interchange has been cleared, but expect the usual backups to cause delays in the area.

7:55 A.M. Update:

There’s an accident on Minnesota Avenue and Clay Street in Northeast Washington involving a Metrobus, but it doesn’t appear to be too serious, according to the D.C. Fire Department.

An accident in the 4300 block of Southern Avenue in Southeast Washington could impact traffic there. Avoid the area.

There’s an accident on I-95 North before the Springfield Interchange blocking the left outside lane and left shoulder. This will exacerbate the usual backups in this area, so expect additional delays.

The accident on the outer loop of the Beltway at Chain Bridge Road has been cleared and the lane reopened.

7:25 A.M. Update:

An accident on the outer loop of the Beltway at Chain Bridge Road is blocking the left lane.

7:05 A.M. Update:

The debris the inner loop of the Beltway at New Hampshire Avenue has been cleared.

A disabled vehicle on the southbound Baltimore-Washington Parkway at Laurel Bowie Road is blocking the right acceleration lane.

A tractor trailer on the northbound side of the Third Street Tunnel is either too tall or disabled, according to the District Department of Transportation. It could cause some delays while crews help move the vehicle.

The accident on northbound I-395 at Seminary Road is now only blocking the right shoulder. The right lane has reopened. There are still delays approaching this spot.

6:35 A.M. Update:

There’s debris on the inner loop of the Beltway at New Hampshire Avenue, which could slow traffic there.

A disabled vehicle is blocking one lane on I-395 South at Maine Avenue in Southwest Washington.

The accident on northbound I-395 at Seminary Road is blocking the right lane and right shoulder. There are delays approaching this spot.

6:12 A.M. Update:

Traffic can now get by on the right lane of the outer loop exit ramp to I-295 North near National Harbor. The left lane of the ramp remains blocked, and that’s expected to remain until after the morning rush, according to the District Department of Transportation.

An accident on northbound I-395 at Seminary Road is blocking the right shoulder and could cause some traffic problems there.

So far:

The outer loop exit ramp onto northbound I-295, near the National Harbor, is closed due to an overturned tractor trailer. My colleague Justin Jouvenal reports that authorities are on the scene and trying to remove the vehicle from the road.

There’s debris in the road on Indian Head Highway/MD 210 at Pine Drive in Accokeek, which could slow traffic in both directions.
