Original Post:

Good morning, commuters! We’re in for even more clouds and showers, with potentially heavy rain in some spots, according to the Capital Weather Gang. This could lead to slick roads and slow commutes, so be careful out there. Remember that train platforms, sidewalks and roads could all be slippery, so use caution when you head out.

We’ll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and we will need your help: If you hear about any congestion, delays, problems or anything at all, tell us in the comments section below or by tweeting @drgridlock.

So far:

— There’s a disabled vehicle on the inner loop of the Beltway before Georgia Avenue.

— There was an accident on the outer loop of the Beltway near Connecticut Avenue, but it has just been cleared. Expect residual delays to linger for a while.

— A disabled vehicle on I-95 North is blocking the right shoulder of the H.O.V. lanes near the Fairfax County Parkway.
