TheWashingtonPostRed Line riders who suffered through Wednesday’s power outage and subsequent delays might be interested in the latest cartoon from the Washington Post’s Tom Toles. The Pulitzer Prize-winning political cartoonist depicts a scene that could look quite familiar to Red Line travelers.
