Signal problems caused the 415 MARC train from Baltimore to stop south of Baltimore Washington International Airport at 7 a.m. The stalled train is causing 10 to 12 minute delays for all Baltimore departures, according to the Maryland Transit Administration.
Metro will honor MARC tickets, MTA said.
