Blue and Orange Line trains are delayed after a man climbed in front of a train at Rosslyn on Sunday morning.

The adult man got in front of a Blue Line train at about 10:30 a.m., according to Metro spokesman Dan Stessel. The man struck by the train is being taken to a hospital for treatment, but his injuries are not  considered life-threatening. The train operator saw him coming off the platform and applied emergency brakes.

Blue Line trains were single-tracking between Arlington Cemetery and Foggy Bottom and Orange Line trains were single-tracking between Clarendon and Foggy Bottom for about an hour after this incident.

Trains resumed normal operations on both tracks at 11:43 a.m., with some residual delays expected.
