3:59 p.m. Update:

I-95 North has reopened near Columbia, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. Heavy delays remain, so expect headaches if you’re heading that way.

Earlier:

A crash on I-95 North is blocking all lanes north of Patuxent Freeway/Maryland 32, roughly halfway between the Capital Beltway and Baltimore.

Delays already extend back to Sandy Spring Road/MD 198 in Laurel. Expect major headaches if you’re heading out now and try to use the Baltimore-Washington Parkway or Columbia Pike instead.
