Police: Most streets around Navy Yard reopen after mass shooting

Most streets around the Navy Yard reopened to traffic Tuesday morning, but one block remains off-limits as the investigation into Monday’s shooting rampage continues.

Third Street between L and M streets in Southeast Washington is closed, D.C. police said. All other streets and bridges are open.
