Roads reopened in Tysons after gas leak

Fairfax County Police reported that roads affected by the gas leak have been reopened.

A gas leak Wednesday is causing road closures in Tysons Corner near the mall, police said.

Fairfax County Police said a call came in about 9:44 a.m. for a reported gas leak where construction workers hit a gas line.

Authorities have closed Westpark Drive at Route 123. Route 123 at International Drive is also closed intermittently as crews try to fix the line.

It is not known how long the roads will be closed.
