Issues resolved on Metro’s Red Line

Metro said normal service has resumed at Woodley Park.

Metro said riders should expect delays to Glenmont due to two issues — one involving a disabled train at Woodley Park and another involving an earlier train malfunction at Woodley Park.

Riders on the Red Line may experience delays as passengers had to get off a train at Friendship Heights and passengers on another train had to get off because of a brake problem at Woodley Park.

Metro said trains were directly behind it.

Metro said normal service has resumed at the Takoma station after an earlier incident.

Metro said riders should expect delays to Shady Grove on Wednesday morning.

There is a disabled train at the Takoma station.
