Delays on Metro’s Green Line end

Normal service has resumed on Metro’s Green Line after a train hit a deer near the Prince George’s Plaza station, officials at the transit agency said.

Riders on Metro’s Green Line should expect delays Monday morning,  after a train struck a deer outside of the Prince George’s Plaza station, transit agency officials said.

The delays are for riders headed in the direction of Greenbelt.

Metro is also experiencing delays on its Blue and Orange lines Monday morning because of a disabled train at the Federal Triangle stop.
