Northbound lanes of Interstate 395 in D.C. reopen after earlier crash

The northbound lanes of Interstate 395 in the 3rd Street tunnel have reopened after an earlier crash that had closed the roadway.

The road did partially open so vehicles could get by to the left, as crews worked to remove the vehicle involved to the right shoulder. The crash caused morning delays for some drivers, and police had advised using alternate routes
