Road closed after car hits building in Northwest D.C.

Two were injured when a taxi cab smashed into the mail room of the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C. (Reuters)

Roads around the 1300 block of H Street and New York Avenue NW are closed after a cab reportedly crashed into a building.

From Twitter pictures it appeared that it was a D.C. taxi cab that hit the building, which houses the Inter-American Development Bank.





It was not immediately known how long the road would be closed.
