MARC’s Penn Line may experience delays

Service on MARC’s Penn Line was temporarily suspended Thursday afternoon when thunderstorms caused problems with overhead electrical wires. MARC and Amtrak trains traveling between Washington and Perryville,were held while the problem was addressed.

Penn Line trains began moving around 5:05 p.m., but officials said to expect delays. They said trains 532 and 438  will make all stops Thursday evening due to the temporary service interruption.
