Traffic is moving at a snail’s pace on I-66 Thursday morning after three crashes.

Virginia State Police said officers are working on three accidents eastbound on the highway.

Two crashes are on I-66 eastbound, west of the Capital Beltway. One of those accidents is blocking a right lane and authorities said the other accident is on the shoulder.

A third crash is on I-66 eastbound, west of Nutley Street. That accident is also on the shoulder.
