Alex Ovechkin has been resting his thumbs since Jan. 30, 2009, when he tweeted: “thanks everybody - I think I take a break from this for a bit but you never know when I come back - see you then.”

Frankly, the world seems a little brighter today because he’s back, tweeting photos, making Charlie Sheen references (”who is charlie sheen????ahhahah”) and just being Ovechkin. Of course, there is a downside. Everybody tweets you up for tickets.
