From one NFC East team to another ... kicker Shayne Graham, cut by the Washington Redskins recently, has signed with the Dallas Cowboys.

He’ll enter a competition that includes injured David Buehler (hip) and Kai Forbath (quadriceps) and Dan Bailey.

Graham was cut by the Redskins after badly missing on field-goal attempts of 49 and 29 yards in a 16-7 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers in the preseason opener Aug. 12.

“I know that I’m better than I was [against Pittsburgh],” Graham said after that game. “I proved it for years, and I just didn’t do it . … I’m trying to win a job, and it just didn’t go down the way I wanted it to.”
