Jerry Jones kicks off Cowboys’ camp with trash talk about Giants

Go ahead, Jerry. Poke the bear.

“Y'all should come to Cowboys Stadium and watch us beat the Giants' [backsides],” the Dallas Cowboys owner told fans in Oxnard, Calif., for training camp Monday (via ESPN Dallas).

First, though, the Cowboys will have to go to New Jersey to play the Giants. The Super Bowl champions, who dashed the Cowboys’ playoff dreams in Week 17 last year, will host the Cowboys in the NFL season opener Sept. 5 at MetLife Stadium. The ’Boys won’t host the Giants until Oct. 28.

The Giants swept their two NFC East games against the Cowboys last season, with Eli Manning passing for 746 yards and five touchdowns.

How’s this going to work out for Jerry?
