Obama address bumps NCAA tournament

With Western nations mobilizing against Libya, a brief address by President Barack Obama caused CBS to pre-empt its coverage of the NCAA tournament.

CBS finished telecasting the final few moments of the Texas-Oakland game, which Texas won 85-81, with a split screen.
