New York Jets running back Joe McKnight was arrested last week after police stopped him for changing lanes without signaling and discovered two outstanding traffic warrants.
He was pulled over last Tuesday morning, which was an off-day for players, in New Jersey, the New York Post reported, and warrants for failure to produce an insurance card and observe a traffic signal turned up. He posted $320 bail and was released with a summons for unsafe lane change and having an uninsured vehicle.
The Jets declined to comment and McKnight has not practiced since Friday because of a head injury.
Another Jets running back, Mike Goodson, was arrested in May on weapons and drug charges after police found him asleep in a car. He has pleaded not guilty.
