The Product: Beats Music app

The Premise: A modern-day Goldilocks, played by Ellen DeGeneres, enters a sleek apartment in search of music — but papa bear’s is too fast, mama bear’s is too slow, and teenager bear’s is even worse — it’s dubstep. The Beats app will help her find the music that’s just right.

The Punchline: The bear family returns to find their intruder has created the perfect playlist, so instead of eating her, they decide to dance.

The Verdict: The real winner of this commercial may be Skrillex, who — judging by the youngest bear’s haircut and taste in music — seems to have conquered the ursine teenage market.
