Chris Paul has his Cliff Paul and now LeBron James has his LaBron James.
Not that this one was an intentional advertising campaign. It was an unfortunate typo on the scoreboard during the Miami Heat’s game against LeBron/LaBron’s former team, the Cavs, in Cleveland.
It didn’t seem intentional, though.
And it really didn’t matter much, since LeBron/LaBron finished with 43 points in a 100-96 victory. He had 25 in the first quarter, tying his all-time high in a quarter. He previously hit for 25 in the third quarter of his 61-point game against Charlotte.
“It’s one of those zones,” James said of the first quarter (via the Miami Herald). “It’s one of those great feelings and the worst part about it is I missed four free throws.”
