San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, wide receiver Quinton Patton and Seattle Seahawks receiver Ricardo Lockette are under investigation after what Miami police say was a “suspicious incident.”

The Miami police report, obtained  by the Sacramento Bee, states that the incident occurred April 1 when a woman went to the Miami apartment of Lockette, who formerly played in San Francisco and is a close friend of Kaepernick’s. No charges have been filed. “Definitely not, Miami Police Department public information officer Rene Pimental told USA Today. “There is an investigation regarding an allegation.”

Both the quarterback and Patton were at the apartment and the woman served drinks and served shots. The woman, the police report states, was told “to ‘hit’ the bong which contained marijuana.” When she felt light-headed, she was joined by Kaepernick, with whom she had past sexual relationship. “Mr. Kaepernick came behind her into the bedroom and started kissing her,” the report states. “Mr. Kaepernick started to undress her. She got completely naked. Mr. Kaepernick told her that he was going to be right back and left the bedroom. They did not have sex.”

Patton and Lockette then looked into the room and the alleged victim said: “What are you doing? Where is Colin? Get out.”

According to the police report, the alleged victim said she remembers nothing after that and awoke in a hospital bed. She reported the incident to police April 3.

“The 49ers organization is aware of the recent media report regarding Colin Kaepernick and is in the process of gathering the pertinent facts,” 49ers General Manager Trent Baalke said in a statement.

TMZ first reported the incident.
