Peyton Manning sings “Folsom Prison Blues.” Badly. It’s wonderful.

In the greatest Peyton Manning video since “your phone’s not for callin’, your phone’s for footballin’,” the Denver Broncos quarterback has gifted the world with another gem.

In this video, he sings “Folsom Prison Blues” with country singer Jake Owen at a benefit gala for the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent on Saturday in Indianapolis.

It’s rather wonderful, partly because he’s wearing a suit and tie as he belts out Johnny Cash’s mournful ditty. As singers go, Manning’s a really good quarterback.
