Jabari Parker took a big step toward joining the NBA hours before the draft, signing with the Jordan Brand.
“We could not be more excited to have Jabari Parker officially join our roster,” Larry Miller, president of the Nike subsidiary, told ESPN. “Jabari’s character and commitment to excellence makes him a perfect fit with Jordan Brand and we are looking forward to building a legacy with him.”
Parker, a Chicago native, is projected to be one of the first two picks in the draft (most likely the second, by the Milwaukee Bucks).
