Josh Gordon has some serious problems. Well, more serious problems. The near-constantly troubled star, whose talent is absolutely incredible when he puts his mind to it, was arrested on a DWI charge in Raleigh, N.C., this weekend, according to the Raleigh/Wake City-County Bureau of Identification. A reporter for Raleigh-Durham’s NBC affiliate WNCN-TV said:
Police gave Josh Gordon a breath test and had a .09 alcohol concentration – that’s higher than legal limit of .08

Gordon, drafted by the Browns with a second-round supplemental pick despite red flags from his college career, led the league last year with 1,646 receiving yards even though he missed the first two games of the season due to a drug violation.
The latest charge once again puts Gordon’s NFL future in jeopardy, although what the fallout will be is yet to be determined. Browns general manager Ray Farmer issued the following in a statement:
“We are aware of the matter and are disappointed to learn of this situation. We will comment further at the appropriate time.”
Former teammate D’Qwell Jackson had some stronger words for the young star after the arrest:
If you’re close to Josh Gordon please help this kid, it’s not about football anymore it’s about picking up the pieces of his life. — D’Qwell Jackson (@DQ52) July 5, 2014
Ex-NFL star Donald Driver is offering to do just that:
