Michele Bachmann on ‘9-9-9’ plan: ‘Devil’s in the details’ (Debate video)
Herman Cain isn’t the only Republican candidate who can turn a phrase.
At tonight’s Washington Post-Bloomberg debate, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) took a swipe at Cain’s own “9-9-9” tax plan using some clever wordplay.
“When you take the 9-9-9 plan and you turn it upside down,” she said with a smile, ”I think the devil’s in the details.”
