Gaza Strip conflict: Stewart pokes at media coverage of ‘winners’

By scanning TV sound bites, Jon Stewart is able to document that in the latest spasm of Middle East violence:

*Hamas emerged a winner;

*Israel emerged a winner;

*President Obama emerged a winner;

*Secretary of State Hillary Clinton emerged a winner;

*Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emerged a winner;

*Egypt emerged a winner.

“Did anybody actually lose in this bloody conflict?” asks Stewart. Not if you cherry-pick the right cable-news segments!
